Refunds

When you receive a refund request you need to check the Terms and conditions (T&C) for the particular conference. Registration and accommodation will have different T&C.    


Generally there is an administration fee, the delegate needs to be made aware of this before any refund is processed. If the refunds fall within the  T&C you can go ahead an start the process.  

   
Firstly you need to determine the currency and method off payment used when the registration was made.     

 

*Bank transfers will require you to get all the relevant bank details from the delegate.     
*Credit card, you need to make sure the payment went through within the last 6 months, if not we will need to get the card details from the delegate.    

Once you have all the details, they need to be added to the Refund Request Sheet, ensuring they are added to the correct sheet. There are 4 sheets in total. More information can be found here.
