Onsite Preparation

See below a list of be checked and considered while preparing to go on site for a conference

  • Venue and room set up .

  • Registration area.Badges and equipment in places

  • WIFI connectivity 

  • Access for Sponsors and exhibitors,access to power points etc

  • Speaker ready room .

  • AV requirement connect with the AV technician.

  • Catering. Finalise numbers and run through the day with the catering liaison.

  • Abbey staff briefing and volunteer briefing if applicable, includes venue run through.

  • Liaise with Client for any last minute requirements.
