The Operations Department looks after logistics & administration for tour groups. This includes e.g. handovers, itinerary creation, non-accommodation bookings, issuing rooming lists & final documents.
Online Department
Business Development involves the developing of relations with overseas clients in order to confirm group business for Ireland and UK as well as costings & offers to the clients’ needs, sales activities and research of new or potential clients.
The Customer Care department takes over all confirmed groups and coordinates the organisation of the tour. They communicate with clients and suppliers to make sure all services are confirmed and the tour runs smoothly for clients.
The FIT department looks after small groups (1-9 people). This includes the entire process from quote to the booking stage (until clients depart Ireland), booking accommodation, visits, transfers and private guides.
