Our S & E manager liaises with conference clients to source and organise sponsorship opportunities and oversees exhibition planning and onsite execution
Our Project Managers in conjunction with the client and multiple Abbey departments work on conferences from inception to completion.All conference are different and have different requirements.Our PMs oversee all aspects of each conference on behalf of the client
Our Delegate Services department supports the Project managers.We deal with all delegate enquiries,manage the registration process including accommodation and abstract management
Together with Abbeys graphic designer we work on Conference websites,Delegate materials and New business bid documents and other conference colateral
