Communications to potential Sponsors and exhibitors will be decided on a conference by conference bases.

Sometimes the client has a list of potential companies and other times the S&E manager will need to research and create this list. 

Initial communications will be made by email and possibly a 2nd follow up email after this if there is no reply the S&E manager may decide to call the relevant person.
